The hawberries were vivid against the crags.
Chelker Reservoir with Wind Turbines Obviously, this was painted before the removal of the wind turbines. I liked the way in which they punctuated the landscape and created reflections. Oil on canvas H80/W100/D2cm.	The Beacon through Trees This is mixed media, predominantly oil paint with oil pastel. I wanted to really capture the brittle feeling of the frosty trees. H46/W36/D2.	Trees Oil on canvas. Another of my "Journeys" paintings. As you walk through the woodland the sun moves with you, creating a series of changing patterns, shades, shadows and brights.
